まいにち なに を しますか? - What do you do every day?
It's useful to remember that these verb forms refer both to present activities (something I do regularly) and to future activities (something I will do). We can usually tell the difference from the context: まいにち がっこうに いきます (I go to school every day) or あした がっこうに いきます (I will go to school tomorrow).
